At Blind Dog you won't find fresher seafood creatively crafted, presented or consumed in Utah. Fresh fish, sushi, oysters, lobster, sushi, organic steaks, and raw bar! Add into the mix one of Utah's most extensive wine lists and cocktail menus, and Blind Dog is a not to be missed dining experience in Park City.

Seafood/American/Sushi - there's something for everyone. There is a food happy hour menu from 5-6pm daily (bar area only). Small plates range from $5-$10. A full food and drink menu is also available. Check online for daily specials as well.

Large restaurant, with a sushi section and a bar. Off season, look for amazing specials geared towards keeping the locals coming back. Ask about nightly specials. Sign up for their mailing list for deals.

This is my favorite place to go out in PC. You can get everything from a gourmet steak to sushi. The lamb burger is awesome too! It's off Main Street so you don't have to worry about parking wars too!
