If you are looking for traditional South African food, in a beautiful setting, this Melkbosstrand restaurant is highly recommended. The building is an original fisherman cottage, hundreds of years old, and it is situated by the beachfront. Try their desserts which are handmade on the premises!

It's got a good menu, a pretty decent kiddies play area and is right on the beach. Love this spot! It's one of the original old houses in Melkies that's been converted beautifully.
