Tuesday evenings has a drum circle! Google Third beach drum circle to see videos. Third beach is located along stanley park. Roughly 15-20 min drive 16KM

A great spot for quiet bathing, picnics, and watching sunsets, Third Beach is a naturally sandy beach surrounded by trees. Located on the Stanley Park Seawall system at Ferguson Point, the beach has a concession, washrooms, summer lifeguards, and pay parking. Barbeques are allowed.

Great beach in Stanley Park. Wonderful swimming, good concession stand, ample parking or accessible by bike or walking along the seawall.

Where you will most likely find us if it's a nice day. Most tourists skip this beach as they are rushing to get back to the city by the time you reach 3rd beach via the seawall. Plan to watch the sunset from this beach and be ready for some great photos. Bring a backpack with some 'beverages' and set up camp like a local. Enjoy people watching and sightseeing as the cruise ships go by and float planes pass overhead. Our absolute favourite spot in the park
