The Flinders General Store stocks all sorts of pantry goodies and has a fabulous Deli, often with yummy take home meals. The local yoghurt, and Flinders tomatoes are musts to try. There is also an excellent Pantry and Cellar at Red Hill called The Red Hill Cellar & Pantry (they also do superb coffee), plus a full supermarket and other shops and facilities in Balnarring Village. For seafood contact either The Flinders General Store or Red Hill Cellar and Pantry (or Harry the Mussel man as previously mentioned).
