Great cafe which serves excellent quality food. Perfect for walkers, bikers, dog walkers (dogs are welcome) or good enough for a family meal out. Ideal stop off place combined with a nice walk around the village.

More than just a cafe. Riverside location, tucked away in Staveley near the Hawkshead Brewery and a good cycle shop. Good vegetarian, cakes, hot puddings etc.

Popular cafe in vibrant village of Staveley approx 5miles away. Many vegetarian options available. Accessible by train, bus or taxi from Kendal. Well priced.

A Staveley institution, Wilf’s has been serving good quality homemade food to hungry walkers and cyclists for years. A great place for an all-day breakfast or a hearty lunch.
