Kitschy Mexican chain restaurant known for an extensive hot sauce bar & colorful, muraled walls. Great Sauces. You'll want to buy a few bottles to take home. Tijuana Flats was started by a UCF Student twenty years ago. His father who was a CEO of a company, quit his job to work for his son. Fun little place. TUESDAY is TACO TUESDAY every week. Tacos are a steal on this day.

Best Mexican or Tex-Mexican in town. They even have a hot sauce bar and one of the hottest sauces in the world.
