The "Kaiser Throne" at the top of the hill above the village of Pelekas is an observatory, a platform carved into the rock, with stunning views. It was used in the early 20th century by Kaiser William as an observatory of the entire central part of the island. It is still used as such by all

If you want to see the the whole central Island extending below you, you will need to visit Kaiser's Throne. You will enjoy perfect sunsets and even during the day you will be able to see all of the island under your feet
