The Golden Lion is a pub with a lovely large beer garden overlooking Stithians Lake. There is a children's play area within the beer garden. At time of writing you need to book to sit inside but the beer garden work on a first come, first served basis. There is access to lovely walks around the lake from the pub

Lovely food. Worth booking in advance. 5 mins drive away. Also a watersports centre!

This is a great place to eat and when the weather's good it's nice to sit in the garden. I had a kid's meal here and it was just right for me. If you're visiting Stithians Lake check this out. Sunday lunch is fab, it's very popular so you'll need to book.

Next to Stithians lake is this old pub with fires in the winter and a lovely garden to enjoy in the summer. The food is excellent and good value. (5 mins away)
