Beautiful trail and overlook is a 10 min drive and easy, 20 min hike from the Farmhouse.

Eagle Rock offers some of the best vistas in the Great North Mountain Range. A very manageable 2.1 mile out and back from Dry Gap VA609, Eagle Rock is a great family hiking option. The Eagle Rock Trail and overlook have never received the high traffic found on similar hikes such as Big Schloss just to the south.
