The inside is way more elegant than it's strip mall location. European inspired menu, nice wine list, white tablecloth dining or belly up to the bar. Scallops a specialty.

Hands down the best food in town. Joy Bistro is fine dining so if you are in town celebrating a special occasion this is the place for you!
